Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

I made this yesterday and took it over to Lindsay and Mike's for the football game. It turned out great!

Ingredients
1 lb cubed stew meat
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1/2 cup chopped onion (I used rings on top so I could take them off)
4 oz sour cream

Directions
Mix all but sour cream together in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in sour cream right before serving and serve on top of egg noodles.
