Summer Vacay

Last week, Levi and I both took off work for a much-needed vacation to S. Padre. We went to visit my grandmother and aunt, and Levi's brother Jake and his fiancee Becca came along. Despite a ridiculous number of travel difficulties (which I'd really rather not recount), we all had a good time. We mostly hung out on the beach but also fit in a little shopping, trips to the sea turtle rescue and research aquarium, as well as some meals out. I think the best part was the refreshment it brought us - we really needed it!
